Capture only ever happens while your timer is running.
On and off
- Timer running — time, and any enabled activity, screenshots, or apps are captured.
- Timer stopped — nothing is captured at all.
Stopping the timer is the reliable way to make sure nothing is recorded — for a break, a call, or personal time.
