You get 14 days of full access to your chosen plan. A valid payment card is required to activate, but you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Trials are for first-time business clients, and eligibility is verified before activation — so not every email address automatically qualifies. One trial per organisation. If yours isn't approved automatically, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Per user. Anyone who can sign in and track time counts as one user, whatever roles they hold — manager, HR, and finance permissions are unlocked by your plan rather than billed as separate licences. Invited members who never accept, and members you deactivate, aren't billed.
Yes, from Settings → Billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
Both give you the same features. Annual is billed once for the year and works out roughly two months cheaper per user; monthly is billed every month and can be cancelled at the end of any period.
No — all prices exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country, and you can add your VAT number so it appears on your invoices.
Your workspace stays available in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation, so you can export time, activity, and reports as CSV or PDF. After that window it's permanently deleted from our systems.
